About the role

This role will focus on handling sales inquiries, preparing quotations, providing technical support to customers, and coordinating closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries, providing product and technical support.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Follow up on sales leads and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
