**Job Descriptions**

We are seeking a CMRO Supervisor with good leadership skills to lead a team of Technicians to drive day-to-day activities in the Component Repair Shop; the main activity comprises MRO on Fokker and ATR cabin interiors.

This Supervisor Role is to ensure continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, performance, cost-effectiveness, staff growth and business development (new repair capabilities), he or she is expected to interact with all stakeholders from relevant departments including customer representatives.

**Key responsibilities**
- To manage and motivate a team of Repair Technicians, including the allocation of manpower and sequencing of activities.
- To liaise with both Fokker aircraft maintenance crew chief and customer technical representative on the cabin interior projects.
- To assess work carried out against approved quality standards, MOE, customer requirements and ensure release component are in airworthiness condition.
- To comply with health, safety and environment (HSE) regulations as prescribed by law and company’s policies; grow Safety culture within the workshop environment.
- To develop appropriate performance KPIs, visual management; achieve efficiency and utilization targets.
- To develop and lead necessary continuous improvement lean projects in coordination with yellow belts and Lean Manager.
- To define and implement corrective and preventive actions resulting from internal, customer or authority audits.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

**Qualification / Expertise / Skills**
- At least 3 years of related experience within an aerospace Component MRO environment.
- Deep knowledge of Part145 standard and environment.
- Strong experience and knowledge of cabin interior MRO (galley, lavatory, panels, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
