- **Conduct failure investigation and prepares reports for problems or issues based on findings from facts, research, studies and makes necessary recommendations and submits to relevant authority for approval.**:

- **Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of Hydraulic systems inclusive of Cylinders, Pump & Motor and scopes of work to ensure MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) operations conform to standards and customer requirements.**:

- **Document work procedures based on technical requirements for the MRO components.**:

- **Analyse** and interpret test information to resolve repaired related problems**:

- **Responsible include training technicians; planning, assigning, and directing work to a group of technicians; appraising addressing complaints and resolving problems.**:

- **Assist in providing technology solutions to overcome more complex MRO systems so to allow work focuses upon the effective integration of people, processes, tools and technology in order to improve the MRO into the next level.**:
**Job Requirements**:

- **Degree or Diploma in Mechanical engineering with 2 year of working experience related to Hydraulic fields or MRO Services.**:

- **Certified Reliability Engineer will be an added advantage.**:

- **Able to read and understand Hydraulic circuit drawings.**:

- **Possess good interpersonal skills and strong ability to work within a team**:

- **Good interpersonal & communication skills.**:

- **Ability to present ideas, approach and objectives clearly.**:

- **Work under pressure, independent and self-motivated.**:

- **The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
