Job Title: Senior Hydraulic Engineer

Overview:

This is a challenging role that involves working closely with the team to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hydraulic engineer to join our team. As a senior hydraulic engineer, you will be responsible for leading design teams and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions;
  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet project requirements;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of work;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to project progress and performance;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant design standards and office procedures;
  • Attend and participate in design meetings to discuss project developments and concerns;
  • Produce technical documentation, including designs, calculations, and reports;
  • Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
  • A minimum of 2-10 years of experience in a consulting environment;
  • Hands-on design experience in the design of ACMV, Fire, and Hydraulic services for residential, commercial, and mixed development projects;
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to handle large projects and work under pressure;
  • Experience with relevant engineering software.
