Job Title: Engine MRO Administrator

The company is seeking an experienced Cost Controller and Project Manager to fill this key role. This position will be responsible for creating projects for shop visits and issuing purchase orders to partners.

  • Analyzing costs and monitoring cost evolutions during the shop visit process.
  • Communicating timely cost elements to the quoting and invoicing team.
  • Utilizing commercial knowledge of the aviation industry to drive business growth and profitability.

This role requires a strong background in cost controlling, project management, IT tools such as SAP, Power BI, and MS Excel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, integrity, rigor, and autonomy.

Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in cost controlling and project management with proven results.
  • Good knowledge of IT tools as SAP, Power BI and MS Excel with hands-on experience.
  • Knowledge of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) business and aircraft engines.

The successful candidate will be well-versed in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, preferably SAP and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word), and hold a diploma/nitec in business administration or accountancy.
