Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams to understand and translate requirements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and QA teams to resolve incidents and deploy fixes.
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, user guides, and SOPs.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process or code improvements to reduce operational risk.
- Participate in system upgrades, patch deployments, and release activities.
- Ensure compliance with incident, change, and problem management processes.

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years** of experience in a **BA / Support Consultant** or similar role within the **banking domain**.
- Strong working knowledge of:

- **Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL)**:

- Linux/Unix scripting (for log monitoring, basic commands)
- Experience in **production support / L2 support** including incident triage and resolution.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
