**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Managing Overall responsibility for the smooth functioning of the Remittance Process.
- Requiring of Strong understanding of the process flow for each channel.
- Managing both incoming/ outgoing Swifts messages (MT103/MT202/MT199/MT999 and etc).
- Managing both Inwards and Outwards Clearing Cheques.
- Implementation of regulatory and AML and compliance frameworks regarding Deposit. and Remittance works to ensure the bank is compliant with its regulatory obligation.
- Preparation of Management/ Head Office/ MAS reports.
- Manage general settlement process.
- Manage to phone calls relating to remittance transactions.
- Providing day-to-day supervision to the team, including coaching on performance, checking on quality, and work progress.
- To Process all the payments and settlements.
- To set up and maintain counterparties' standard instruction.
- To monitor and follow up funds from counterparts by different cut-off times, and follow up trade confirmation from counterparties.

**Requirements**:

- General Knowledge regarding Remittance / Payment Processes / Swift and Retail Banking Products.
- Requirement of Bachelor's degree in Business/ Banking & Finance or a relevant discipline.
- Possess at least **3 years **of relevant banking experience focusing on Remittance & Settlement.
- Good knowledge of Swift / and Working knowledge of Excel Tools (Vlookup, basic formulas).
- Experience preferably in the banking industry.
