Expanding Japan ads business sales to oversea market (Target: Foreign Advertisers & Agencies)
- Building and managing global teams not only in Japan but also in China and other countries
- Developing market strategies and managing the progress to boost oversea sales
- Developing systems and operations in cooperation with relevant departments to ensure smooth transactions with overseas clients
- Collaborating with Ad Products and other key departments to enhance our products via customer feedback sharing and other customer related activities

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Requirements**
- 5 years or more in operating and managing the online ads related experiences
- Experience of 5 years or more in the internet services industry
- Experience of 5 years or more in sales or business development
- Having experience in managing large teams (10 or more members; multiple teams simultaneously)
- Experience of 3 years or more in cross-border transactions
- Experience of 3 years or more in doing business in China
- Business-level English
- Business-level Chinese
- Ability to make frequent business trips for on-site project management, and able to carry out new customer acquisition & managing the relationship for both new and existing customers

**Preferred Requirements**
- Startup experience
- Experience in responsible for achieving large sales target (billions of yen)
- Experience in building an overseas office from scratch
- Experience of working in three or more countries
- Business-level Japanese
