Working hours: 8am to 530pm
- 11 days home leave for every 9 weeks of work.

Working location: Chennai, India

**Responsibilities**:

- **Crafting Financial Efficiency**:Develop and execute robust expense management policies tailored to meet organizational objectives.
- **Data-Driven Insights**:Establish and maintain a dynamic cost data system for timely and effective analysis, offering valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- **Solution-Oriented Approach**:Identify operational bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the board.
- **Refining Management Practices**:Align with organizational growth by implementing refined management systems that cater to evolving enterprise needs.

**Key Tasks**:

- Develop and enforce expense management policies and procedures.
- Review and authorize expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct thorough analysis of expense data to pinpoint trends and areas for optimization.
- Propose and implement cost-saving initiatives to enhance financial performance.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on expense management protocols.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adherence to expense management standards.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- **Analytical Acumen**:Proficient in analyzing complex financial data and deriving actionable insights.
- **Effective Communication**:Strong interpersonal skills to articulate findings and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- **Independent and Team Player**:Ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- **Technological Proficiency**:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis.
- **Meticulous Attention to Detail**:Ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of expense management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial management or budgeting within manufacturing companies.
- Familiarity with enterprise operational management systems and performance evaluation methodologies. Proficient in management reporting tools.
