- **Finance Analyst (1 Year Contract) **in the
- **Expense Management** team

- The analyst will join the Expense Management pillar of Finance to drive cost management initiatives, leveraging on data driven analytics, to achieve cost efficiencies and optimal return on dollar spent. To facilitate resource allocation aligning to bank's strategic objectives.
- They will join a team of 8 in the Accounts Payable team, assisting in the Bank's vendor payments, reconciliation of Nostro/ Vostro accounts and other general accounting functions.**Main Duties**
- Processing of vendor invoices and staff claims for payments
- Fixed Assets register maintenance and reconciliation
- Daily bank nostro reconciliations (system and manual)
- Monthly internal accounts (IAO) substantiation/nostro ageing report
- Rep office Manila and DIFC funding
- Intellimatch upgrading project UAT
- Support Group Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation
- Ad-hoc Finance projects

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Minimally 2 years' experience in banking preferred.
- Prior Accounts Payable/staff claims/Nostro reconciliation experience preferred
- Strong self-starter, pro-active and team player.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently or contribute as part of a team
