- **Finance Specialist (Associate/ Senior Associate)** in the Expense Management team -
**Main Duties**

**Finance Operations**
- Processing and cost accounting of vendor invoices for payments and staff claims. Ensuring adherence to the bank's expense policies.
- Administer GST and withholding tax accounting associated with accounts payable
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Monthly internal accounts (IAO) substantiation/nostro ageing report
- Support funding for rep office and branches

**Financial Analysis**
- Leverage on data analytics to provide insights for cost decision

**Workflow improvements/Projects**
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Minimally 2 years relevant working experience in Finance operation roles
- Good accounting knowledge
- Knowledge in GST and withholding tax rules an advantage
- Inquisitive and able to work independently
- Hands on knowledge in software, eg Excel, Access, VBA, SQL or Python a bonus

**Education Requirements**
- A degree in Accounting, Banking or Finance
