Salary Range; commensurate based on experience:
From $2,000 to $2,400 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in daily service operations by attending to customers’ request efficiently and effectively
- Manage reservations and walk-ins ensuring that customers get their preferred seating arrangements without compromising the quality of service by overloading the service crew.
- Attend to customers’ request efficiently and effectively.
- Respond to complaints promptly and taking appropriate courses of action to turn unhappy patrons into return guests.
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Take food and beverage orders to kitchen, plan table arrangement, pick up orders from kitchen/bar and serve them to customers.
- Perform initial service duties including spreading napkins, pouring water and dishing butter.
- Set and reset tables, spread clean linen and place napkin, crockery, glassware and silverware on tables.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience as Service Associate
- O level / A Level /Nitec / Diploma in any discipline
