Nordaq is the sustainable solution for premium water, used by many of the world’s top chefs and sommeliers. This Swedish solution makes water taste like water, and everything else tastes as intended. The Nordaq filtration system is an environmentally sustainable, cost-effective alternative to single-use water products. Water is filtered and bottled in reusable glass bottles on-site, eliminating transportation. Today, Nordaq’s premium water is offered in restaurants and hotels in over 32 countries.
Since launching Nordaq in Singapore in 2016, the company has quickly established a strong foothold among high-end restaurants across the region, including Amber (HK), Louise (HK), Vea (HK), Odette (SG), Gaggan Anand (BKK), Tippling Club (SG) and Zén by Frantzén (SG), and all JIA-group venues.
The system is also the perfect sustainable water solution for hotels with Mandarin Oriental The Landmark (HK), Four Seasons (HK), Conrad (HK), Shangri La (HK), St Regis (HK), Raffles Hotel (SG), and Grand Hyatt (SG/BKK) all currently serving Nordaq as their preferred and sustainable water solution in their properties, to mention some Asian customers only.
Porla currently has offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Bangkok. We’re a small company offering flexible working hours and location.
We are looking for a Service Technician in Singapore.
What you'll do?
**Your duties will include but not limited to**: resolving, and responding to customer issues and inquiries, communicating effectively with the administrative and sales team, planning and executing site visits, servicing, and installation at customer premises, keeping track of stock levels, doing repairs, general maintenance work, and training of technicians at hotels/restaurants. Training will be provided.
**Maintenance and Servicing**:
- Review and report all work/jobs done to the management via weekly worksheets
- Respect all company operational templates and processes.
- Arrange monthly/quarterly equipment maintenance schedule with admin and sales team.
- Organize, execute, and keep track of water equipment installation, maintenance, repair service plan and action.
- Always look for most efficient and least costly solutions for both Porla and its customers.
- Attend both maintenance and field service.
**Stock**
- Keep track of inventory / stock.
- Source for and liaise with local suppliers for repair equipment supply.
- Acquire knowledge about water equipment and basic regulations of food & beverage
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers and local suppliers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
