**Roles & Responsibilities**

Our Client is a leader in precision medicine in China dedicated to making early and personalized diagnosis accessible to each patient, setting the standard of innovation in automated molecular diagnostics and artificial intelligence (AI) to help physicians leverage genetic information to tailor treatment to individual patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, Organize and follow up with Purchased Order and schedules.
- Prepare routine reports, filing of documents and other daily administrative/ operational matters.
- Perform and supervise front desk, assist visitors in checking-in for their sessions and other general office activities which includes processing payments and internal documentations.
- Prepare and monitor maintenance of office equipment. Trigger and assist Subject Matter Experts to arrange maintenance / calibration of equipment.
- Ensure that supplies of office are adequate.
- Be the liaison person for any outsourcing activities matters.
- Monitor and update Fixed Assets lists. Ensure purchased Assets are registered and labelled.
- Able to perform Document Control work such as routing for approval, releasing and implement SOPs for Quality functions.
- Able to perform basic and simple QC works.
- Able to supports inventory control and checks.
- Arrange for delivery and transportation for 3D Medicines products or documents.
- To arrange for any meetings / schedules or trainings between the team. Ensure no clashes of meetings.
- To perform any other tasks assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ‘Diploma’ Level in any fields with at least 2 years of working experience. Or Minimum ‘O’ level with at least 10 years of working experience.
- Good Oral and written communication skills. English and Chinese preferred.
- Ability to adapt and work under pressure, quick thinking, capable in problem solving and meeting tight deadlines.
