Are you a talented and passionate marketer looking for a new challenge? Do you thrive on the thrill of project management, executing campaigns from start to finish, and delivering results that exceed client expectations? If so, we want you to join our team as an Associate Account Director
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that meet client objectives, as well as presenting and convincing clients of your proposed ideas. You'll be a strategic thinker who can translate strategies and concepts into actionable execution plans, and you'll be able to evaluate, monitor, and optimise campaign performance to provide insightful and actionable reports.
As our Associate Account Director, you'll be leading with authority, managing clients with sincerity, and mentoring and guiding a team of marketing strategists, designers, and developers. You'll be the lead for your clients, developing a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategize marketing campaigns and conceptualize the Big Idea to meet clients’ objectives
- Present and convince clients of your proposed ideas
- Bring the Big Idea to life by executing the campaign and managing the project from start to end
- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of our services
- Constantly evaluate, monitor, and optimize the performance of campaigns and provide insightful actionable evaluation reports
- Ensure projects meet financial objectives
- Plan, pitch, and see through projects by getting approval, selling ideas, and partnering with various parties such as clients, external agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients and develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders
- Undertake administrative tasks for your respective accounts
- Take on any other duties as assigned
Our Requirements:
- Experience in executing marketing campaigns through the line; ATL (TV, radio, OOH, print/press), Digital (social media, influencers, display ads), BTL (POSMs, media kits, events)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to articulate strategies and concepts to sell your ideas
- Have a hands-on attitude, always willing to learn and grow with the agency
- Possess client servicing and project management skills
- Demonstrate pro-activeness, are a good team player and function independently
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 7 years of client servicing experience in a reputed media agency environment
- Competent in media planning and buying across all platforms with a good understanding and working knowledge of digital media
