Designed with flexibility in mind, the ENX Sustainability AI can function as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) for new constructions or as an Energy Management System (EMS) for retrofitting existing offices and warehouses. Our clients have achieved energy savings of up to 40% while improving operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Deployment**: Review and interpret project documentation, including detailed drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Scope of Work (SOW) provided by the Design Engineering team. Plan and execute on-site deployments at client jobsites—conducting site assessments, managing subcontractors, and overseeing the configuration and installation of our IoT devices and sensors. Document project progress, key findings, and identify improvement opportunities. Deliver technical training to clients and end-users on system operation and maintenance to ensure a successful handover.
- **Data Analysis & Technical Support**: Analyze and interpret data from a range of equipment and systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS), electrical meters, BTU meters, indoor air quality (IAQ) sensors, and various programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Provide on-site technical support to diagnose and resolve system issues. Collaborate with the Helpdesk team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and mínimal disruption to day-to-day operations.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Building, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/ Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Engineering/IT sector, preferably within Building Services or Industrial Automation sector.
- Solid knowledge of automation systems, including SCADA, PLCs, Building Management Systems (BMS), M&E systems, RTU devices and networking equipment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for technology. Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to travel to client sites across Singapore and Johor, Malaysia as needed.
- 5-day work week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
