We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about driving sustainability in the built environment through intelligent energy management. Our solution, ENX Sustainability AI, integrates IoT sensors and intelligent controls to:

  • Perform energy monitoring
  • Optimize ACMV, lighting, and plug loads
  • Manage air quality, occupancy, and water quality
  • Monitor data center infrastructure
  • Provide real-time sustainability KPI reporting

With its modular architecture, ENX can function as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) for new projects, or as an Energy Management System (EMS) for offices and warehouses, integrating seamlessly with existing BMS infrastructure. Our clients have achieved up to 40% energy savings.

Responsibilities:

  • Field Deployment: Interpret detailed drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Scope of Works (SOW) issued by Design Engineering team. Plan, coordinate and implement projects at client jobsites, including site assessments, subcontractor management, as well as configuration and installation of our devices and sensors. Document project progress, findings and recommendations for continuous improvement. Provide technical training to clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of our systems.
  • Data Analysis & Field Technical Support: Analyse and interpret data collected from various equipment, devices and sensors, including Building Management Systems, electrical meters, BTU meters, IAQ Sensors and various PLCs. Provide technical support and maintenance services for projects at client premises. Coordinate with Helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve site issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Building, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of Engineering/IT experience, preferably in Building Services or Industrial Automation. Strong knowledge of automation, PLCs, SCADA, Building Management Systems, M&E systems, RTU devices, and networking equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; passionate about technology, independent, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Willing to travel to client sites within Singapore and Johor, Malaysia.
