Product Designer

**Description**:
We are looking for a talented Middle Product Designer to join our Monetization team and help music creators achieve their goals.

In this role, you will contribute to creating appealing and intuitive designs for BandLab's monetization features across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with the design lead, product managers, and engineers, participating in all stages of the design process — from concept development to implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the lead designer, product managers, and engineers, to understand design requirements
- Support the end-to-end design process for monetization-focused initiatives, ensuring designs are user-friendly and visually engaging
- Assist in delivering prototypes and production-ready designs, iterating based on feedback at each stage of the process
- Provide necessary design assets to engineers and ensure that final implementations align with the intended design
- Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively, both verbally and visually, throughout the design process
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- 3+ years of experience as a product designer, with a focus on digital products and user interfaces
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to solving real-world problems for digital-native musicians
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn from feedback provided by peers and the creator community
- A solid portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design
- Proficiency with Figma and other relevant design tools
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers
- Ability to translate UX research insights into actionable design solutions
- Familiarity with agile development processes and the ability to adapt design workflows accordingly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for music and an understanding of the music creation process

If you’re looking for a remote work option from outside of Singapore, for this role, we operate within the **GMT+2 to GMT+9 **time zones.
