Uiux Designer

**Who we are**:

Mantle token is the unified product and governance token of the ecosystem. Mantle is a fast-growing, DAO-led ecosystem whose goal is the mass adoption of decentralized and token-governed technologies.

**Your Role**:

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with project goals and technical requirements.
- Provide design guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
- Rapidly prototype design concepts to facilitate discussions and gather feedback.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and changing project requirements.
- Develop high-quality visual designs that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of our products.
- Stay informed about user preferences and behavior within the Web3 ecosystem.

**Your Craft**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Art, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a focus on Web3 design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects with an emphasis on Web3 experiences.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
