**Our Client**:
Client is a well-established operator of offshore support vessels ("OSVs"). They have answered the needs of the global energy industry through well-implemented integrated offshore marine solutions with a progressive yet pragmatic vision, and a team of highly motivated industry experts working in close collaboration with every customer. They are actively looking to hire a Corporate Development Manager to join their company which core focus is delivering operational and service excellence.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for coordination, liaison with new market ventures partners / stakeholders
- To work closely with Senior Manager, Commercial provide new market information/intel report to Company's Management with analysis on market understanding, market penetration methods
- To participate in and assist with financial modelling of new business and provide first look at new business viability
- To assist Commercial department with existing business management with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and China
- To assist Corp department with M&A due diligence and subsequent corporate actions
- To assist Corp department with corporate finance affairs (if required)
- To assist in managing banking relationships.
- To assist in cash management
- To assist in budgeting and forecast
- To assist in risk management
- Any other ad hoc duties/tasks as required by the Senior Manager, Commercial

**The Requirements**:

- Graduate of Diploma Holder of Business Manager Major - or Finance / Corp Finance major
- At least 3 years in Finance Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Good to have: Basic Marine Offshore / Shipping Operational knowledge and experience
