**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement business development strategies aimed at financial growth and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Proactively schedule and attend business meetings; this may include travel to various locations, such as on-board vessels or international travel to meet prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products and services assertively while addressing potential and existing customers' unique objectives to achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with new and existing clientele.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
