Our client is a specialty bakery offering authentic and fresh bakes and pastries. They are currently looking for a sales associate to join their expanding family.

**Job Details**:

- Working Location: Orchard & Town area
- Working Days: 5.5 Work Week. Weekday off.
- Working Hours: There will be 2 shifts, morning or afternoon shift.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promoting and selling of pastries and cakes
- Able to cross-sell across product range
- Achieve monthly sales, delivering service and operations excellence
- Engage in innovation and productivity initiatives for the stores
- Drive seamless customer experience
- Handles order fulfilment for customers
- Communicates well and thrives in a team environment

**Job Requirements**:

- Min O levels or equivalent
- 2-3 years working experience preferably in retail sales environment
- Able to speak mandarin is a plus point, as may be required to speak to mainland tourists
- Pleasant and well-groomed
- Able to work in a fast-paced diverse, customer-centric store environment
- Serves as the ambassador of the brand
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
