**Your Team**:
As the Partner Business Development Associate under the Young Professional Program, you will undergo_ _**_extensive training _**from both Check Point and DXC in ASEAN (ASK).
**_ _**Your role in a nutshell**
This role is aligned to our ASEAN (ASK) sales regions and can be broken down into three core areas:
- **Business Development** (developing a DXC ASEAN (ASK) business practice)
- **Opportunity execution** and support (working with the sales teams DXC/PARTNER to pursue sales)
- **Governance **- interlocking with DXC and PARTNER stakeholders to drive core BDM strategies
**Your Impact & Responsibilities**:
- Aligned to the Check Point ASEAN (ASK) sales regions, aligned to DXC and is a direct quota carrying role which focuses on Business Development, Opportunity Execution and Governance
- Work alongside Check Point Channel, Sales and Marketing Teams & DXC Security teams to develop a GTM plan for the relevant territory that will include: Identified customer targets, current and future offerings to meet business needs / issues in the marketplace, marketing program, engagement approach, key relationships to be established, partner strategy, competitor plan and selling approach.
- Articulate clearly Check Point’s value proposition and solutions to help prospect achieve their cyber security needs.
- Identify and establish relationships within Check Point, DXC and new business prospects.
- Develops deal timeline and ensures that pursuit team meets deal milestones and deadlines.
- Manage and maintain accurate account and opportunity details in Salesforce.
- Provide accurate quarterly, monthly, and weekly forecast on deals.
**Your Knowledge & Skills**:
- Fresh graduates or have at least 2 years of sales experience in the IT industry.
- Technology background is preferred
- Self-driven interest in Cybersecurity/Cloud
- The ability to interact professionally and reliably with senior level executives within and outside the company, as well as with customers, vendors etc.
- The ability to take self-initiative, be proactive and ability to multitask, prioritize workload
