To build communications strategies to accelerate our patient advocacy initiatives in the JAPAC region, it is essential to research and analyze communication activities, primarily on social media, implemented by patient organizations, our competitors, and any other healthcare professionals to empower patients. Additionally, to maximize the team’s outputs, it is important to understand the APAC region’s social media landscape to support the APAC’s communications activities and also make an integrated database of the Edwards’ U.S. and Europe social media tactics for effective localizing to be used in the JAPAC region.

At the end of the internship period, leveraging the knowledge accumulated through the work, we look forward to receiving a proposal for a social media program targeting young generations to increase HVD awareness and encourage patients to receive treatment. We are excited to see the fresh perspective on this critical initiative.

**How you will make an impact**:
Research and analysis of JAPAC patient advocacy trend/practice through social media (cardiovascular disease etc.)
Research and analysis of APAC social media landscape/trend and Edwards competitors' social media strategy (Medtronic/Abbott/Boston Scientific)
Making an integrated database of Edwards Global and Europe Social Media Tactics
Other tasks assigned by the JAPAC Communications & Patient Advocacy team

**What you'll need (required)**:
Studying Bachelor Degree in related course of studies

**Language fluency**: Full proficiency in English
