Are you an experienced Boutique Manager in the luxury retail market, with a passion for High Jewelry, Arts & Culture?
Are you results driven, understands and able to create exceptional client experience to drive boutique performance?
Do you demonstrate exceptional people management skills, able to inspire and develop your team to successful results?

**What are we expecting from you?**
As an Ambassador of the Maison and the Boutique, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of the boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations and client service.
You will ensure all KPIs, compliance requirements, Maison’s identity, team development, customer service and CRM are fully implemented according to the Maison’s business needs. You will also act as the communication bridge between office and the Boutique.
As a people manager, you should be passionate about developing your team and have the ability to foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
