What are we expecting from you?Role Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be an ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels' identity and expertise, welcoming and serving all visitors and clients entering the boutique. Your responsibilities include: Driving business by recruiting clients, developing their loyalty, and achieving sales objectives; Growing our clients’ expertise by presenting our universe, history, creations, and sources of inspiration; Offering an outstanding experience by personalizing client relationships and anticipating their needs; Serving all visitors by responding to their requests, providing after-sales services, and offering care advice; Contributing to a positive team spirit by actively participating in daily boutique activities; Developing operational excellence by mastering in-store tools and adhering to commercial policies and procedures.
