Senior Technical Executive/ Technical Executive

Responsibilities:

- Establish BIM implementation plan, requirements, process and workflow to ensure that BIM data meets the project deliverable requirements for infrastructure/ construction projects.
- Lead and support BIM Coordinators and BIM modelers to deliver the work on time and with high standards.
- Embrace a holistic approach and strategically plan for BIM execution in green building projects.
- Work closely with project team in coordinating, organizing and producing of tender drawing, contract drawing, submission drawing and construction drawings and documentations using BIM.
- Develop a training program for BIM Coordinators and BIM modelers to improve the use of BIM authoring tools.
- Develop a training program for other project stakeholders such as unit head/project director/project manager and project engineers to improve the use of BIM tools.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Civil, Structural Engineering or ITE drafting certificate.
- Specialist Diploma in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC).
- Minimum 5 years of C&S drafting for building or infrastructure projects
- Proficient in ACAD and BIM software (e.g. Revit)
- Good team player with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
