Responsibilities
- Chefs-in-charge should prepare ahead of time to ensure quality standards.
- After the formal meal, help the cook and keep an eye on them to ensure good service.
- Replace any unqualified components and continue to check the table frequently.
- Recognize how quickly and under what circumstances food is delivered to the table, and encourage prompt dishwashing.
- Establish a schedule for the workers.
- You can make sure the cooks are following all company policies by keeping an eye on them.
- Make sure the group functions well as a unit.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment.
- Previous supervisory experience, Min 2 years
- Excellent customer service skills
