**Procurement - Associate/Senior Associate (Fuel & Corporate)**

Key Responsibilities include:

- Work with various business units across the organization for procurement requirements and specifications
- Prepare RFx documents
- Coordinate on the preparation for RFx events within the Department
- Evaluate offers at the closure of RFx events
- Support approval processes
- Work with appointed suppliers on sample acceptances
- Manage the supplier contracts and ensure contractual obligations are met

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any discipline with keen interest in supply chain management
- Relevant experiences in contract management, documents management or IT system implementation.
- Meticulous and attention to details.
- Organised and analytical
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Process oriented & outcome driven
- Basic SAP Corp MM knowledge is an advantage
- Working knowledge in digital tools such as Sharepoint, O365 and Microsoft Office, such as word and excel.
