**The Role**:
**You will be responsible for**:

- Support sales activities technically in alignment with product strategy
- Provide technical support to key customers and high potential projects
- Be an active member of the Global Application Development Team

**About You**:
**Required qualifications and skills**:

- Experience with enzymes is a clear asset, but not essential - more importantly you bring in depth knowledge and experience from the flour milling, baking and/or baking ingredient industry
- University degree education (e.g. Food Technology or other industry related study) and relevant work experience in Technical Sales / Application Management of food ingredients is required
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing, acquired through relevant work experience
- Able to effectively translate customer needs into meaningful products with a strong focus on existing product portfolio and gap analysis
- Willingness and capability to travel (including international, 50 % to 60 %)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creativity, flexibility, team spirit, customer focus and results orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must, while communication skills in other languages are a strong asset
