**The role**

An opportunity has arisen in our ASPAC Audit & Assurance team at the Manager level. This full-time role supports and reports to ASPAC Audit & Assurance Growth workstream leader, who oversees multiple growths and brand-related initiatives. As part of this high-performing and passionate team, your role will enable you to deal firsthand with a range of senior KPMG stakeholders, both within the ASPAC region and globally.

**Audit Pursuits
- Project manage the ASPAC Audit Priority Accounts program. This program supports client service teams from significant regional audit pursuits to win their prospective client's audit tender.
- Develop pursuit and audit proposals materials.
- Work closely with the KGS pursuit team members to complete relevel pursuit related projects and tasks.
- Suggest and implement enhancements to the ASPAC Audit Priority Accounts program.
- Work with cross boarder client service teams, pursuit support teams, clients and markets, and Global Audit throughout the RFP process.
- Support the enhancement and deployment of the ASPAC Proposals Library, ASPAC Audit Pursuit platform, and the firm's MarketEDGE methodology to member firms.

**Board Leadership Centre (BLC)
- Assist in coordinating and project managing the ASPAC BLC workstream, including hosting regional planning calls with the workstream leaders from member firms.
- Arrange the ASPAC BLC events for the target audience being Directors and C-Suite Execs across Asia Pacific. This role involves liaising with events managers in different firms as well as 3rd party production teams / vendors.
- Assist in collating BLC materials and collateral from time to time to circulate to the member firms.

**ASPAC Audit and Assurance Leaders Conference (ALC)
- Project manage the ASPAC Audit & Assurance Leaders Conference. This is a 2-week event held typically in May each year and consists of training, workshops, and leadership meetings for approximately 500 KPMG partners and professionals.
- Prepare an event plan and itinerary including liaising with various stakeholders, 3rd party vendors, hotels, and the ASPAC Audit & Assurance workstream leaders who will be hosting their sessions at the event
- Be the on-site event manager for the conference for the 2-week event by being located at the hotel in the selected location (usually in south east Asia).

**Experience
- More than 4-years of experience preferably in a big 4 professional services firm or a large corporate
- Experience managing teams and multiple stakeholders in either a client facing role (e.g. Audit, Advisory or Tax), or in business services
- Experience supporting multiple project timelines simultaneously
- Experience with managing audit tenders, or large events would be advantageous

**Skills
- Innovative mindset. This role requires an innovative mindset to help grow the Audit & Assurance business through leveraging technology and new ideas, supported by strong communication and project support
- Understand the vibrant culture in the ASPAC region. This role requires interactions with KPMG professionals from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Cultural awareness is essential to the success of each regional role in Asia Pacific. Ability to speak an Asian language would be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, including PowerPoint presentation skills, being able to write articles and edit guidance materials for member firms, and to influence internal clients and stakeholders.
- Technology. Technology plays a critical role in every aspect of KPMG's business. Knowledge of existing and emerging software from leading software providers such as Microsoft, ServiceNow, SAP and others, combined with an eagerness to learn new technologies is important.
- Disposition. Self-motivated, positive attitude and lots of energy and drive.
