**Location**: Hybrid (HQ at 55 Ayer Rajah Cres, #05-09, Singapore 139949)
**Hours**: Full-Time | Mon-Fri 9am-6pm + Flexible On-Site Hours for Events
**Compensation**: Competitive + Based on Experience
**Start Date**: ASAP (but we’ll wait for the right person)

**Role Summary**

The Account Manager will take full ownership of client relationships and project execution from start to finish. You’ll manage every aspect of your projects — from brief and costing, through to logistics, installation, and post-event wrap-ups. Your goal: deliver excellence on time, on budget, with sustainability and customer experience at the core.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead project delivery for assigned accounts — including planning, quoting, approvals, installation and client servicing
- Maintain proactive, responsive, and trust-based client relationships
- Manage internal coordination between design, production, and installation teams
- Monitor and track sustainability KPIs (templates and guidance provided)
- Provide on-site event support and act as lead point-of-contact during installs
- Create and maintain accurate documentation including budgets, timelines, and approvals
- Contribute to team-wide project reviews and continuous improvement processes

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years in account management, project delivery, event production
- Strong communication and people skills — both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
- Demonstrated passion for sustainability (personal or professional examples welcome)
- Familiarity with budgeting, margin management, and reporting
- Multilingual or multilingual-friendly is a plus
