**You will**:
- Work closely with sales team, to manage the flow of incoming leads - to qualify leads during calls, to carry out product demos and to introduce them our product features
- Build long term relationship with our customers by understanding their painpoint in currency transactions and business needs in corporate spending;
- Brainstorm and pilot new initiatives to drive product usage across cards, remittances, and transactions
- Gather feedback from clients and share with internal teams to further improve our product solutions
- Build up and manage industry verticals and customise product offerings for the respective client pools
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
**You are**:
- **Passionate Account Manager - **You have at least 1 years of experience in account management / customer success / client success in Singapore. Ideally experienced in managing inbound leads and client accounts in a tech or SaaS environment.
- **Entrepreneurial Self Starter - Y**ou are passionate in starting things from scratch and be able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. You are not afraid to suggest and implement new processes and ideas to ensure the maximum chance of success for the business.
- **Excellent and Transparent Communicator** - You are able to professionally interact with clients in both verbal and written communication. You can produce well written presentations for external and internal audiences. You are an open and transparent communicator, and are not afraid to speak your mind
