We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a** Head of Data, Analytics, and CRM, South Asia.**

**Role purpose**

Reporting into the Group Head of Data, Analytics and CRM, this is the key global leadership position for creating the WPB business strategy for Data, Analytics and CRM, its effective usage by the business and providing business direction to the technical development required to support that strategy and usage in South Asia markets including Asia Cards initiatives. The role holder will have direct accountability for all Customer, Product, Channel and Fraud Analytics across WPB in South Asia region as well as for transforming Data, Analytics and CRM into a source of sustainable, global competitive advantage for WPB and is accountable for the revenue outcomes from the capability in the region.

The role holder will be accountable for all aspects of the Data, Analytics and CRM function within the WPB South Asia markets. He/she will be responsible for driving best practices in analytics, developing and implementing a regional analytics roadmap that is aligned with the global roadmap, leading and coordinating the development and deployment of new analytical capabilities in the Region, as well as growing the analytical talent pool across countries in their Region. The role holder will be responsible for the technological development plan for Data and Messaging Infrastructure and Advanced Analytics tooling in the region

The role holder will generate business profitability and grow market share by supporting across WPB with best practice and industrial implementation of various analytics capabilities with the aim of understanding customer needs better, improving customers experience, better prediction of risk and creating operational efficiencies. This involves establishment of various analytics disciplines including but not limited to, customer analytics, products/pricing analytics, channel analytics, digital analytics, fraud analytics, operational efficiency analytics, Data and ML services etc.

Leveraging deployment from Regional HUB’s, the key strategic deliverables for which the role is responsible are:

- Incremental revenue generated from Data, Analytics and CRM through customer contact strategies, pricing, operational efficiencies and marketing optimization
- Developing and implementing a transformational agenda for Data, Analytics and CRM to deliver increased value to the business
- Providing thought leadership in the design & implementation of the next generation of Data, Analytics and CRM based strategies for WPB
- Develop and manage performance vs benchmarks for data driven customer contacts metrics (lead generation and performance)
- Manage development of new Data, Analytics and CRM capabilities and prioritize markets for infrastructure developments
- Deliver standardised and globally consistent best practice analytics enabled Data, Analytics and CRM solutions to South Asiamarkets

**Principal Accountabilities**

- Responsible for establishing a globally consistent Data, Analytics and CRM function in the South Asia region
- Industrial implementation of standardized Data, Analytics and CRM enablers to support acquisition, cross sell, upsell, retention and winback programs for WPB to drive a significant uplift in revenue
- Accountable for ensuring that relevant CoE capabilities are leveraged to deliver the Customer Proposition - whilst creating a faster analytical cycle across Group
- Responsible for developing the Regional Analytic Centres, the business interaction processes that enable their effectiveness, the technical sophistication, and the successful migration and on-going production of analytics from country/region to the Analytic Centre
