
Senior Executive, CRM

Growing revenue through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one of the key initiatives at Ecco. We are looking for an experienced professional who has previous experience of managing and optimizing CRM campaigns to drive revenue growth in Asia Pacific.
This role will report to the Head of Ecommerce, Asia Pacific, and by working closely with local markets’ digital team, help enhance their current CRM communication effectiveness by introducing customer profile / segmentation into their tactics. This person is expected to have sound knowledge of CRM concepts / theories and how CRM can bring impact to the retail and online business. Key markets focus will be Japan, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and potentially India and South Korea in the near future. Furthermore, this role will also support in the rollout of new marketing automation and loyalty platform to the regions in coming future.
What you will do:
- Work closely with local digital team to drive various CRM campaigns across the region
- Champion experimentation and implement testing strategies to optimize campaigns and track results
- Generate CRM reports to track and analyze performance trends to draw insights and drive initiatives
- Understanding of current architecture of customer data and compile target list for local markets based on their needs or recommendations
- Ensure marketing assets / copy writing / target list are aligned with the local markets’ CRM strategies.
Other ad-hoc global projects/duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor/ Diploma in Business / Marketing / Digital Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 - 5 years of proven CRM experience driving campaign performance, preferably in fashion, retail or e-commerce industries
- Experience working in regional capacity supporting various local CRM initiatives is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel, databases SQL and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential.
- Basic understanding of HTML, Ometria and AnnexCloud will be advantageous
- Team player with positive learning attitude
- Detailed-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess initiative and creativity in problem-solving
