As our **Senior CRM Executive**, you will lead CRM initiatives that transform business processes, elevate user experiences, and drive operational efficiency across all markets. You will oversee end-to-end project management, championing technical excellence and collaboration to deliver world-class solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1) CRM Initiatives**
- Partner with affiliates and cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives and ensure smooth adoption.

**2) End-to-End Project Management**
- **Requirements Gathering**: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- **Implementation & Integration**: Customize and integrate SugarCRM with mobile and external systems for seamless functionality.
- **UI Collaboration**: Work with UI/UX designers to develop user-friendly interfaces tailored to business requirements.
- **System Customization**: Tailor CRM systems and mobile apps to meet operational needs.
- **Testing**: Conduct comprehensive System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- **Data Migration**: Ensure high-quality, accurate data transfer into the CRM system.
- **Go-live Preparation**: Coordinate deployments and ensure readiness for launch.
- **Post Go-live Support**: Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide continuous system enhancements.

**3) Training & Documentation**
- Deliver training sessions to ensure stakeholders are confident in using the systems.
- Gather feedback from users and continually refine the experience.

**4) Stakeholder Management**
- Act as the primary liaison between external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide regular updates on progress, timelines, and deliverables to all stakeholders.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Strong experience managing **CRM systems**, especially **SugarCRM** or similar platforms.
- Expertise in **mobile app customization** and integrations with external systems like **ERP solutions**.
- Proficiency in understanding and translating business processes into technical solutions.
- A detail-oriented, proactive professional with excellent **project management** skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling smooth interactions across technical and business teams.
