**Responsibilities**:
- Execute on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Educate, train and advise staff on company policy in a timely manner, and maintain and update the company handbook as required
- Manage onboarding, probation review, contract renewal calendar with business managers
- Prepare letters to employees, as required
- Track, monitor and follow-up on annual forms for signature, as required
- Coordinate annual shared service agreements
- Support payroll-related matters, as required
- Assist in coordinating HR-related procurement process, as required
- Maintain training log, execute and track training completion
- Monthly update of company org chart, headcount report, and generate reports as required
- Monthly update of insurance staff list, and assist Office Manager in annual insurance procurement process
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Experienced in HR operations
- familiar with Timesoft
- Process-oriented and organized
- Accountable and responsible, efficient and effective in execution
- Good writing and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism
- Adaptable and flexible to change in a fast-paced environment
