A Business Development Manager's core role involves nurturing relationships and facilitating communication between potential clients, existing clients, and internal teams.They excel in communication, organization, and identifying sales opportunities to foster growth by forging robust connections and uncovering fresh business prospects.

**Responsbilities**:

- Establish and nurture relationships with clients and partners by understaning their needs and goals
- Lead client and partner acquisition efforts
- Coordinate resources for efficient workflow
- Manage partner onboarding and provide training
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends
- drive organization goals and uphold best practices
- Resolve client issues and exceed expectations
- Participate in brainstorming, meetings, and client interactions
- Assist in program development for clients and prospects
- Conduct prospecting activities like cold calling and networking
- Follow up with clients regularly to identify opportunities
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
