
Strategic Partner Manager, Health, Apac

**Responsibilities**: Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage global external partnersLead the launch of Meta Health products and programs across the APAC region by working with external partnersBecome an expert in the support experience for Meta Health products and quickly resolve partner issuesDevelop deep, multi-faceted relationships with key external stakeholders and proactively bring learnings to relevant internal teams to shape product roadmapAdapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to stakeholdersRepresent the voice of the partner to cross-functional and leadership teams internallyDrive initiatives to help build and scale the Partnerships team and practicesWillingness to travel approximately 15-20% of the time (once business travel resumes)
**Minimum Qualifications**: BA/BS degree or higher5+ years professional experience in partnerships or business development rolesExperience working in public health, global healthcare delivery, health nonprofit or social enterpriseStrong organizational, project management, and communication skillsTrack record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in an organization, including cross-functional managersExperience explaining technical solutions, establishing goals, developing opportunities, and providing reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve the partner experienceSelf-starter with the ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task, and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing work environment
