**Responsibilities**
- To handle enquiries and communications to the school in a professional manner;
- To attend to student needs appropriately;
- Process mail for the school;
- Ensure circulars and memos are distributed at the appropriate times;
- Take responsibility for answering the reception telephone; and
- When required job share with different departments within the office;
- Assist with the daily office procedures;
- Liaise with admin staff on new students and organize information/resources;

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE 'O’ Level
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills
