**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach potential sponsors and partners for AngelHack events
- Build and maintain relationships with existing sponsors and partners
- Negotiate sponsorship packages and secure agreements
- Create and present proposals to potential sponsors and partners
- Develop and execute creative strategies to engage sponsors and maximize the value of their investment
- Work closely with the marketing and events teams to ensure seamless integration of sponsors into events
- Analyze sponsorship metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure AngelHack remains at the forefront of innovation and thought leadership in the hackathon space
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience in sponsorship sales or business development
- Proven track record of securing sponsorships for events
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and sponsors
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
