Job Summary:

- Technical Sales Direcor will plan, direct and drive technical promotion and business development along with the sales performance and business activities of Simmtech’s key customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Responsible for achieving identified revenue targets for High Density Interconnection PCB and Semiconductor Package Substrate.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with key customer executives. Manage the relationship of different functions at each customer sites that influence the weekly order volume for the company’s products and services.
- Strive for and drive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction ratings. To achieve top ranking and outperform competitors in the quarterly business reviews.
- Liaise with customers with a focus on industrial dynamics, to support Simmtech in obtaining competitive business information and next-generation DRAM / other memory product market and System IC market opportunities.
- Effectively communicate customer demands to the factory and navigate internal roadblock to maximize the capabilities to achieve the capacity output and delivery lead time to meet the needs that support client’s business objectives
- Ability to build personal relationships with the key industry persons as well as internal stakeholders. Working with people across different nationalities, language proficiencies, background and culture

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Ten years or more of related experience in Semiconductor Packaging Substrate or PCB is required
- Demonstrated business and commercial acumen, Account Management experience is a plus
- Highly analytical with passion for data with excellent presentation skills
