- Business Support - Provide support for OML customers requesting for redemption and prepayment. - Follow up with collection of fire insurance policy and/or perform deduction of account for non-receipt of policy. - Perform review of accounts that may affect capital charge. Strategic Initiatives - To review process for the MRL business and initiate or implement changes that will streamline processes. Periodic review of accounts - Review of customer's accounts and provide FCC/CDD with insights on transaction irregularities. - Identify appropriate risk classification of clients.
