**What you'll do**:
- Provide on-site support to walk-in clients
- Sorting, scanning and filing of mails
- Providing general administrative duties; data entry
- To work closely with the team to ensure all supporting and administrative
- paperwork or functions are well maintained, updated, recorded and available
**Who you are**:
- GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Level or Diploma equivalent
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, and able to work meticulously under tight deadlines
