**Responsibilities**:
- As a Digital Marketing and Analytics lead, the role is accountable for driving digital performance and audience acquisition strategy
- Lead the strategy, development, and optimisation of paid digital efforts in the areas of Search, SEO, Dynamic Creative Optimisation and Programmatic Display Design digital media campaigns aligned with Consumer and Business Banking goals
- Leverage Adobe analytics for marketing insights to drive performance and improve marketing effectiveness
- Establish, implement and administer SEM and SEO frameworks in collaboration with digital agencies to build awareness and drive greater return on investments
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners to optimize campaigns across digital channels (Paid and Owned) and drive business objectives
- Own aspects of trafficking, optimisation and troubleshooting with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability
- Leverage datasets and insights to identify opportunities to improve performance, reach, and return on investments of digital marketing activities
- Manage and administer marketing budget and utilisation
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business management, computer science, or any related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in digital media and/or digital marketing role
- Passionate about digital advertising, analytics and driving measurable results
- Strong experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimisation(CRO), Website Development Project Management, Content Management Systems, CMP, CDP
- Strong grasp of Ad Tech (DSP, Google, CM, Search 360, Ad serving and more), relevant for immediate and future needs
- Ability to share/present complex results of analysis in a clear and compelling manner that inspires action
- Fast learner and able to achieve power user status on multiple tools quickly
- Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure, tight deadline oriented environment
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for the digital space from gaming, mobile, social networking, online videos, digital sparks and everything in-between
- Strong team player with excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills
