**Thakral One** is looking for a seasoned **Regional Finance Manager** to lead multi-country finance operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, and Hong Kong. This is a high-impact role blending strategic finance, compliance, treasury, and stakeholder management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver insights through MIS preparation, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Lead statutory and tax compliance across all five countries (e.g., CPF, GST, EPF, SST).
- Manage audits, consolidation, and finalisation of books regionally.
- Oversee payroll, banking transactions, and cashflow management.
- Drive treasury function and intergroup/cross-border financial operations.
- Support business decisions with financial modelling and commercial insight.
- Build strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Ops, and senior leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant (ACA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) with **7+ years** of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of regional compliance, accounting, and tax regulations.
- Skilled in MIS reporting, treasury, audit handling, and cross-border transactions.
- Proactive, analytical, and confident communicator with project management abilities.
