**HUMAN RESOURCES & FINANCE MANAGER**
NIM are currently looking for a Human Resources & Finance Manager to lead NIM Corporate Service.
**Responsibilities**:
Finance
- Maintain full set of accounts for a group of companies
- Prepare monthly and yearly management accounts, ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Review payment, cash-flow management, fixed assets control and annual budget
- Submission of quarterly GST return
- To prepare monthly audit schedules and attend to all other accounting matters
- Liaise with auditors, company secretary and tax agent
Human Resources
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
- Payroll processing, updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, processing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations, and benefit changes
- Assist in the development, communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies and formulate the training plan
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Any other projects as tasked by management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree in Accounting/ Finance (professional certification preferred)
- 5 years of working experience in similar capacity preferred
- Meticulous and able to work under pressure
- Preferably with knowledge of Sage Accpac and InfoTech
- Well conversant in Microsoft Office
- Preferably with ability to deal with Chinese speaking counterparts
- With good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Good Leadership at the same time a team player
Pay: $5,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
