**The Role**:
The Accounts Executive (Bursar) will report directly to the Finance Manager and play a key role in managing and processing finance related to tuition billing, payments and installment plans, as well as overseeing the collection for the unpaid fee balances.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate invoices for student tuition and miscellaneous fees.
- Process and manage payments and installment plans.
- Track the daily collections and maintain the accurate financial records.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding fees.
- Provide regular updates on the status of fee collections.
- Coordinate with Student Services to ensure accurate enrollment and billing data.
- Provide support to internal and external audits as needed.
- Perform other finance related tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, LCCI (Intermediate/Higher) or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or billing.
- Prior experience in the education sector is an advantage, but not required.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are required for this role.
- Able to work independently and handle routine tasks accurately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month
