role description

This position is based in Singapore.

Basic

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with all stakeholders including investor representatives on all operational matters
- Familiarity with fund documentation and a high level of professionalism to facilitate the efficient functioning of joint venture structures
- Coordinate the capital requirements of the fund in an efficient manner
- Coordinating company secretary support matters, including coordinating board meetings/whole body meetings, reviewing resolutions, etc.
- Prepare and submit internal reports on financial data in a timely manner
- Review Accounts Payable invoices/expense claims by matching and verifying against invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, vendor statements and receipts for all fund related charges
- Responsible for coordinating the statutory auditors of all Singapore fund managers and fund entities
- Responsible for timely filing of corporate tax, GST and withholding tax returns, including FATCA and CRS reporting and other reporting requirements applicable to Singaporean entities
- Coordinate and manage applicable tax incentives
- Coordination of Indian tax filings for relevant Singaporean entities
- Provide critical support to the team from a document review and execution perspective
- Proven effective in managing outsourced service providers to achieve timely and high quality deliverables for review

education and/or work experience
- Able to be legally employed in Singapore
- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance, with more than 5 years working experience as a fund manager.
- SFRS / IFRS knowledge, especially those relevant to the fund management industry
- Experience in fund operations and company secretarial processes
- Ability to multitask, plan time and meet deadlines, a collaborative mindset and the dignity to work closely with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills will be key to success in this position
