**Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic data team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the MicroStrategy setup within the overall Data Platform. You will collaborate closely with projects to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the smooth functioning of BI systems by resolving any issues that arise. Your expertise in MicroStrategy, ETL pipelines, and data modeling techniques will be pivotal in delivering insightful business intelligence solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:
**MicroStrategy Setup and Maintenance**:Develop and maintain the MicroStrategy setup, ensuring seamless integration with the Data Platform. Design, implement, and optimize MicroStrategy dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights.

**Project Collaboration**:Engage with projects to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions. Provide support during the setup phase and troubleshoot issues to ensure user satisfaction.

**ETL and Data Pipelines**:Design and manage ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data efficiently into the BI systems. Optimize data workflows for high performance and reliability.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- MicroStrategy Business Intelligence
- Deep expertise in MicroStrategy development and administration.
- Strong understanding of MicroStrategy architecture, tools, and functionality.

**ETL Pipelines**:

- Proven experience in designing and maintaining ETL pipelines using modern tools and frameworks.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize ETL workflows for performance.

**Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies**:

- Strong proficiency in designing normalized and denormalized data models.
- Experience with dimensional modeling and schema design tailored for BI solutions.

**Additional Skills**:

- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
